The view on the bay of Sièck & le Dossen is priceless, you could spend your stay just watching the show of the tides, the seagulls, the boats, the life of the port, the kitesurfing, the sand yachts, the small green lighthouse …
The exceptional sea view, the indoor swimming pool heated to 30° (more or less according to your request) self-regulated, the SPA, the beach a few meters away : happiness !
The floor is made of solid wood parquet throughout the house. The heating is electric which allows you to heat as you wish.
Moguériec is a small authentic village with its two restaurants, its bar chez Tito, its small beaches, its coastal paths.
The different spaces
Daytime part
The living room is on the first floor, very modern and bright, it is fully open to the sea.
The American kitchen is very well equipped and allows you to make good small dishes without taking your eyes off the sea.
You will take your meals in front of the sea, in the living room a fireplace will allow to make beautiful flames in winter, wood is provided.
Need to think … the office area below will isolate you somewhat.

Night part
The night part is composed of 4 suites, two upstairs, one with a 160 bed and a bathroom with bathtub, the other with 2 beds of 90 & two downstairs, one with a 160 bed and the other two beds of 90.
With its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this is a very comfortable house for 8 people.

The swimming pool
The swimming pool is secured with a lock.
Located on the ground floor, it is air-conditioned, glazed and very bright. The 10m x 4.5m pool is heated to around 30°C (more or less according to your request) and a SPA completes your comfort.

– Sheets washed and ironed in the laundry (the beds are made on your arrival).
– Cleaning is done once a week for longer stays with change of sheets.
– 2 hairdryers.
– Table linen & complete bathroom linen (1 bath sheet & 1 bathrobe per person).
